NEW YEAR NEW RULES
#1. AWARD PROCESS QUALITY - 60 POINTS / 100 to become an XP Award
Step#1. Selection of Finalists (Need to be selected by 2, 3 or 4 judges to be finalist)
Step#2. Notation of Finalist photos. All 4 judges will score each Finalist photo from 0-5 points.
The total is converted to 100. To become an Award, a photo will receive a minimum of 60 points / 100
It's the end of the 200 XP Awards. Now, it's the Jury who will decide how many photos can be an XP Award *.
* With a minimum of 100 Awards delivered / GAME
#2. FINALISTS PUBLISHED
The gallery of finalists will be published after the results with the anonymous photos (just for information) (the same view as jury).
It's the end of The "NEXT TIME" Awards.
The Top Ten Awards (Editor's choice) stays in place.
#3. THE END OF 50% COLOR - 50% B&W
Your sending in JPG and WITH THE METADATA: Size 2400 x 1600 or 1600 x 2400,
Named with your name: julien.laurent.georges-1, julien_laurent_georges-2.jpg, ... (not the word "XP" in the name of your entries ! Just your name!) and in 2021 you can send color/B&W as you want. It's the end of 50/50.
The JURY is responsible for highlighting an approximate amount of color images and B&W images.
#4. THE MVP - MOST VALUABLE PLAYER
It's the NEW name of the Winner of a GAME.
THE MVP's rewards: 237€ XP credits + a place reserved for THE MASTERS
#5. MASTER
The used name of "MASTER" is now reserved for THE WORLD NUMBER ONE (WNO) of each year and for THE MASTERS OF THE MASTERS
#6. EXTRA POINTS - The end of the 100 points for the participation

Judges: 1000 points (or the same points of the last year in the same GAME)
Top Ten Awards: #1 - 100 points #2 - 90 points (...) #10 - 10 points

THE XP
THE EXCEPTION PHOTOGRAPHERS is an international association of wedding photographers, based in France, which organizes competitions (4 / year) for all its members and a competition called "THE MASTERS" at the end of the year for the best 8 of them.
INNOVATIONS
THE XP RANKING, permanent world ranking.
It's a sliding classification calculated on the last 4 GRAND SLAM TOURNAMENTS called "GAMES".
WORLD NUMBER ONE, THE XP honors the world number one of the XP Ranking.
After 4 GAMES + "THE MASTERS", the World Number One (WNO) will be the most complete photographer in the world because he will have won the most points in 5 very different competitions:
1 competition called "OPEN GAME"
(all photos is possible)
1 competition called "ARTISTIC GAME"
(portrait photos or detail photos only)
1 competition called "REPORTAGE GAME"
(documentary photos only)
1 competition called "OPEN GAME OF THE YEAR"
(where all photos is possible from the current year)
The last competition in the end of the year: "THE MASTERS" for the 8 best photographers

The XP Awards are presented classified / jury's score.
THE XP JURY, Exceptional judges, chosen from among the best wedding photographers in the world, who receive
1000 compensation points in the XP RANKING due to their absence in the "GAME".
THE PROCESS to judge the photos is an Exceptional judgment process* with a French Touch:
One French judge in each XP Jury of 4 wedding photographers and...

... THE HEXAGON AWARD logo reminds this French Touch.
THE MVP (MOST VALUABLE PLAYER), the Winner of a "GAME" is named "THE MVP".
MASTER , the World Number One and The Master of the Masters are named "MASTER".
THE MASTERS
In the end of the year, the MVP and the photographers who have accumulated the most points during the current year are qualified for THE MASTER OF MASTERS alias "THE MASTERS". They are THE BEST 8 of the year !
WORLD CUP CHALLENGE is the name of the competition by country. (restart in the beginning of each year).
THE "TOP TEN" AWARDS is the name of the Editor's Choice just after the results of each GAME
The favorites priceless photos of JLG in ALL ENTRIES (with XP Ranking points).
HALL OF FAME is a gallery photos that have been rated 90 points or more.
